Staff Augmentation

ALI typically provides clients with remote, on-call consultants to assist with their environments. In these cases, clients depend on our consultants to fill in the gaps in their organization at all levels. By using consultants that are a mere phone call away, the client is not burdened by the additional cost of having personnel on-site. In today's networked/telecommuting environment, there is virtually no difference in having our consultant down the hall, or across the country. 

When an on-site presence is  required, then arrangements can be made for such engagements.
