These programs are provided to assist the user in identifying
process quota insufficiencies when running DBTune, DBAnalyzer, or DBXact.
They are unsupported, and are meant to be used at the 
discretion of the customer. 

Quotas would typically be adjusted using the "authorize" command 
in VMS. 

Watch_quotas.com

When run from a terminal interactively, or submitted to a 
batch queue and the output captured to a log file, shows all processes
where the remaining process quotas are < 50% of the orginal
allocation. This frequency of iterations, and the "alarm" level 
can be changed inside the com file.

Watch_pid_quota.com

Runs interactively, watching a specific process id (pid). 
It shows the % of the process quotas that remain for a 
specified process throughout its execution.
